Bramcote Bulbs - Terms of Business

Receipt of your order form indicates your acceptance of the terms of business.

Orders are accepted subject to availability. They are supplied in strict rotation and despatched during September and October

Payment - Cash, Cheque or Postal Order with all orders, all monies payable to BRAMCOTE BULBS. We do not accept any type of credit or charge cards as this would lead to additional costs for all our customers dueto bank charges.

Substitutes - We reserve the right to send substitutes unless otherwise instructed, although we much prefer to send you what you ordered. Substitutes can be for a variety of reasons - demand exceeding supply, crop failure, etc. We will always endeavour to do our best in these circumstances to provide something for you to grow by sending a cultivar of similar classification, colour and price.

Warranty - We guarantee that bulbs supplied will be in good condition on despatch. Bulbs not in this condition on arrival should be returned to Bramcote Bulbs and we will replace them free of charge, or if unable to do so will refund all monies paid for them. We cannot give warranty, expressed or implied, on performance of the goods since customers growing conditions are beyond our control.

Postal Charges - Postal charges have been set up in the following bands :

Band One
1 - 10 bulbs
Band Two
11 - 20 bulbs
Band Three
21 - 30 bulbs
Band Four
31 - 50 bulbs
Band Five
50+ bulbs

Bulbs may be collected free of charge by arrangement. Please allow 24 hours notice for this facility.
